  • What are the mask liners made from? Each Cheek Sheets Breathable Mask Liner is made from unprocessed filter paper.
  • Are the liners single use or can they be worn multiple times? Our liners are made for single daily use.
  • Can I recycle my mask liner? Yes, and we encourage it! Our liners are compostable and 100% biodegradable.
  • Are the mask liners unisex? Yes, our liners are unisex.
  • Are there multiple sizes of liners to choose from? At this time, we are currently selling a single sized liner which fits most.
  • Can children wear the mask liners? Yes, absolutely! We are also currently working on a version for children to help keep their masks clean and sanitary.
  • Are these liners FDA approved? No, these liners are not FDA approved.
  • Where are the liners made? All of our products are made with love in Manhasset, NY USA.

PAYMENT

  • Which payment methods do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Do you accept gift cards? No, we do not accept gift cards at this time.
  • Do you sell gift cards? No, we are not selling gift cards at this time.

ACCOUNT

  • Do I need to signup for an account to place an order? No, you do not need to signup for an account to place an order. Creating an account will enable you to checkout faster though.
  • How do I reset my password? To reset your password, click the person icon on the top right hand side of your screen. Click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’, then enter your email address on the next screen and click Submit. You’ll then receive an email from us containing a link to reset your password.
  • I’m having trouble signing into my account. What do I do? If you’re having trouble signing into your account, please first try to reset your password. If that doesn’t work, feel free to email us at care@cheeksheets.co and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  • How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list? We’ll miss you if you leave! You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.

ORDERS

  • How will I know if my order has been confirmed? You will receive an order confirmation email that contains all of your order details.
  • How can I check the shipping status of my order? Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a USPS tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the link in the email directly or by inserting the tracking number into the USPS tracking tool.
  • Can I update my order? If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we should be able to update it. Please contact us at care@cheeksheets.co and make sure to include your order number in your email.
  • Can I cancel my order? We’d be bummed for this to happen! If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we should be able to cancel it. Please contact us at care@cheeksheets.co and make sure to include your order number in your email.
  • When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card is charged when you confirm your order at checkout.
  • Who do I reach out to if there is a problem with my order? For any order-related issues, please email us at care@cheeksheets.co. We are always happy to help!
  • How do I place a bulk order? We’d love for you to! For bulk orders, please reach out to us at hello@cheeksheets.co.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • How do you calculate shipping costs? Shipping costs are calculated by weight of the package and the zip code the package is going to. Shipping and taxes are added to each order’s subtotal.
  • Which shipping method do you use? All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail and include a tracking number, so you can track your package’s progress.
  • Do you offer expedited shipping? At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping for standard orders. 
  • Do you ship internationally? At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand internationally soon!
  • When will my order ship? We try to ship out orders as quickly as possible! Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed? If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we should be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us at care@cheeksheets.co and make sure to include your order number in your email.
  • Where are the liners shipped from? All of our products are shipped from Manhasset, NY USA.
  • What is your return policy? Due to sanitary reasons, all of our products are final sale and are non-refundable.
